DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery time frames offered are applicable after your order has been processed. Processing time is the period between when an order is placed and when it is shipped out. Items in stock (from the ready to ship section) ship 2-4 business day and deliver according to the time frame you select at checkout. You will be notified via email once your item has been dispatched.

Standard Shipping

Delivers within approx 15 working days after order processing is completed.

Express Shipping

Express shipping delivers within approx 9 working days STRICTLY FOR READY TO WEAR Section.This is a time estimate after your order is processed. We offer free express shipping on orders over $330.

 

Pre-order Customized Items

Time frames vary for pre-order items. Please check the product description for each specific processing time for any pre-order item. The processing time applies before shipment for pre-order items.You will be notified via email once your item has been dispatched. Extended times may apply due to order volumes and or world events which may cause processing times to be extended.

Returns/Exchanges

 

Please allow orders to be in pre shipment (processing) for 1- 4 business days due to order volumes.  This excludes pre-orders which have processing times mentioned in the product description. We are working to ship your order out as soon as possible.

Returns are accepted if you've received an incorrect item, size or faulty item (this excludes made to order items). To start a return please email kawwyyluxecollection@gmail.com . Please include your first name and order number with a reason for the return. Returns are accepted for store gift credits. Ensure you email within 14 days of receiving your order. Items reported after 14 days will not be reviewed. Returns on pre-order / handmade to order items are not accepted as they're custom. Returns on sale items (this includes BFCM) are not accepted as they are final. All Black Friday Cyber Monday sales are final.

For returns to be accepted, the items must be in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received.
